Take a nourishing pause and join me for a heart-opening evening of ceremonial cacao and sound healing.

Mid-summer is a wonderful time to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and restore your energy. We will begin by sharing ceremonial cacao, a gentle plant medicine traditionally used to support intention setting, emotional connection, and heart opening.

You will then be guided into a deeply restorative sound bath using crystal singing bowls and other therapeutic instruments, allowing the body to relax, the mind to quiet, and the nervous system to reset.

This special event is ideal for anyone feeling stressed, emotionally depleted, or simply in need of some dedicated time for self-care.
